WebJan 8, 2016 · Bluetooth is absolutely not designed to do mesh networking. It's a master-slave architecture where a master can connect to up to 7 slaves, but slaves can't connect to each other. A slave can be master of another piconet but not in a very scalable way, as performance rapidly degrades when using scatternets.
