You need a blind bearing puller To remove the bearing. Use a socket just smaller than the outer diameter of the bearing and drive the new one in place. Takes about 10 minutes per wheel.

You should still have several inches of clearance between the top of the tire and the body. You shold be able to bounce it without them touching.
