The Steam preload took overnight and during the day. Not sure exact hours. But that was pretty good as it did it at over 1MB/s for me. However, the patching using the ESO loader is horrifically slow. 1/10 to 1/2 the speed of the Steam preload. It has taken over 5 hours so far for the patch.
