Outdated equipment as well as lack of equipment to do your job. Too many people saying "it is not my job". Under staffed so maintaining patient quality of care is a huge issue. WebIRMC used to be a great place to work. It is a horrible place to work now. Morale is bad. IRMC used covid as an excuse to take away our retirement. All management cares about is money. Patient care is no longer a priority. Employees do not mean anything to IRMC. You are easily replaced. Nobody wants to be here! Employees hate their jobs!
